While residential buildings may seem run of the mill, the amount of innovation needed in such buildings is increasing by the day. The reduction of labour in the market is steadily bringing in a very important aspect to our designs called "constructibility". Economy of a structure is constantly redefined by the market prices of available resources. Along with steel and concrete labour is an increasingly expensive resource. The structural system chosen and the detailing provided by us would go a long way in determining the labour requirement of the project. We ensure we are updated on the constructibility issues faced at site and incorporate aspects in our design which address these issues at site.
